Time To Take Back America
Vote Them All Out - that's a sentiment that I’m sure will resonate with many Americans. In the past few years our press has become so liberally biased in their reporting that they appear to feel their responsibility is in shaping the news rather than reporting it. Fox News is hated by the current administration for their stance against the strong left bias in the majority press (read “major networks”), but in fact, Fox, too is strongly biased (to the right). The internet is about the only environ for “free speech” and, while much of what you find there is written for private agendas, it is still the best means of getting unbiased views. Watch for the current administration to make a run at controlling the internet. When this happens, you should be very concerned regarding (what remains of) your personal freedoms.
Witness also more and more Congressional excess in the long list of self-serving perks and payouts Congress have voted for themselves. Most are hidden in large bills concerning totally unrelated legislation, but what Congress has done over the years is set themselves up with elite status—effectively exempting themselves from the burdens most citizens of this country have to live with.

The idea expressed herein - Vote Them All Out - is a start towards a reasonable solution. Change has to come, and it is best that it be done within the structure the framers established.

The major issue is the voting blocs. With the re-districting that has been done and the massive groups dependent on entitlements, we have reached a point where a few large population centers can effectively control the national vote. For certain areas, these groups have dominant control over local voting. The question is: Are we too late to make a peaceful change? Pray that we are not!

In any event, you should consider whether you can support the idea of turning out Congress en masse. Given the success of the Tea Parties, I believe it may be possible!

It is worth your consideration, and if you agree, your time in “helping to make it happen!” As you may have guessed, it is my new hobby!

"All I ask is that you consider the suggestions here.

The entire Congress of the United States is corrupt -- both Houses and both major parties.

I realize that a few Members of each House are trustworthy, but, as a group they are absolutely the most corrupt bunch to ever disgrace our Nation.

In November of 2010 the entire House of Representatives will stand for re-election; all 435 of them. One third of the Senate, a total of 33 of them, will also stand for re-election. Vote every incumbent out.

And I mean every one of them. No matter their Party affiliation. Let's start all over in the House of Representatives with 435 people who have absolutely no experience in running that body, with no political favors owed to anyone but their own constituents. Let's make them understand that they work for us.

They are answerable to us and they simply have to run that body with some common sense.

Two years later, in 2012, vote the next third of the incumbents in the Senate out. We can do the same thing in 2014 and, by that time we will have put all new people in that body as well.

We, the People, have got to take this Country back and we HAVE to do it peacefully. That's what the Framers of our Constitution envisioned.

I am also suggesting term limits 8 years for Representatives and 12 years for Senators. No exceptions. The longer they stay in office the more they will do anything to get re-elected.

We have term-limited the President; now let's term-limit the legislators.

If you love this country, let's make it happen.

In my 66 years of living, I have never been more concerned about the political future of our country. I have watched the distrust in our government build over the years, but, until now, I have never actually been fearful that the government would be capable of taking away my basic freedoms. I no longer have such a sanguine feeling. I imagine this must be similar to the feelings that many Germans had in the 1930’s. If you can control the press () and you can control the wealth () [How many basic industries—banking, auto, etc. are now in direct government control?], then you can control the country. We have a president that:

· Is an avowed socialist that openly supports “redistribution of wealth”;

· Has gutted the governing “balance of power” by circumventing Congressional oversight with his ‘czars’ of everything;

· Declares to the world that America is not a Christian nation!;

· Is trying to ram the most unpopular legislation in recent history down America’s throat;

· Supports one of the most corrupt—if not the most corrupt—agencies (ACORN) to arise in American history;

· Surrounds himself with extremists and radicals, and;

· Openly denigrates any who would oppose his views!

And this doesn’t address the personal gaffes, the narcissistic behavior, the cozying up to national leaders with links to terrorism, or any of the many personal character flaws demonstrated since he took office (and for which he has received a ‘pass’ from the liberal press.) Do you think we should be worried? It is, in a word, UNBELIEVABLE!

I think it is past time for thinking people to speak up and take back our country!
