SCHEDULE FOR TUESDAY, DECEMBER 7, 2010

The Senate will convene on Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at 10:00 AM. Senators are expected to be present for a Live Quorum at 10:00 AM to begin the Impeachment Trial of Judge G. Thomas Porteous Jr. At 12:30 PM, the Senate will proceed to a Legislative Session and Sen. LeMieux will be recognized to speak for fifteen minutes. The Senate will recess from 12:45 to 2:30 PM for the weekly party caucus lunches. At 2:30 PM, the Senate will resume consideration of the Articles of Impeachment against Judge G. Thomas Porteous Jr for three hours. At approximately 5:30 PM, the Senate will proceed to a closed session to begin deliberations on the Articles of Impeachment in accordance with the Impeachment Rule 20.
