Protecting Private Property Rights In Your State

Read Alabama's Law Protecting Private Property Rights

Alabama recently passed legislation banning UN Agenda 21 called the "private property rights protection act". Print it and bring it to your groups. Discuss, edit and send feedback.

We will put the legislation on line for people's input. The doc is one page.  Your input is imperative.

           Private Property Rights Protection Act

SYNOPSIS: Under existing law, the state, subject to ertain federal laws or rules, has the right to        develop its environmental and developmental policies. This bill would prohibit the State of [your state] and its political subdivisions from adopting and developing environmental and developmental policies that, without due process, would infringe or restrict the private property rights of the owner of the property.

A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT
Relating to due process; to prohibit the State of  [ your state ] and its political subdivisions from adopting and developing environmental and developmental policies that, without due process, would infringe or restrict the private property rights of the owner of the property.

Section 1. (a) As used in this section, "political   subdivisions" means all state, county, incorporated city,  unincorporated city, public local entity, public-private  partnership, and any other public entity of the state, a county, or city.
 (b) The State of [ our state ] and all political subdivisions may not adopt or implement policy recommendations that deliberately or inadvertently infringe or restrict private property rights without due process, as may be required by policy recommendations originating in, or traceable to "Agenda 21," adopted by the United Nations in 1992 at its Conference on Environment and Development or any other international law or ancillary plan of action that contravenes the Constitution of the United States or the Constitution of the State of [ your state ].
  (c) Since the United Nations has accredited and enlisted numerous non-governmental and inter-governmental organizations to assist in the implementation of its policies relative to Agenda 21 around the world, the State of Florida and all political subdivisions may not enter into any agreement, expend any sum of money, or receive funds contracting services, or giving financial aid to or from those non-governmental and inter-governmental organizations as defined in Agenda 21.
Section 2. This act shall become effective on the first day of the third month following its passage and approval by the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.

Communism is the enemy, Agenda 21 is the plan, Federal and state agencies, NGO's and federal state and local legislators are the implementors.

A writer for the Communist Party USA says that “…re-electing Obama is absolutely essential.”

Then look in the state and your county Vision Plan.  In the search type, Private Property Rights. You will not find any.

Send flyers to the citizens in your communities.

Go to your municipality meeting and question: how can your elected officials sign a plan that eliminates your private property rights.

Go to your school board;

End the deliberate dumbing down of our students

Demand a Classical factual American Education, not a global education supporting the UN and communism.

Videotape responses. A voting record is not necessarily the true record of the candidate.  Look at his associates, the committees, the supporters.

Legislators often pick a different side when they know a bill will pass. This way they can continue to look good.
