Broward Co. School Policy Is State-Sanctioned Crime Syndicate

Guess what - this LEO policy, drawn up after Miami-Dade Co implemented it after the Trayvon Martin case, is responsible for local and county LEOs overlooking Nikolas Cruz and even why the school cop did nothing. They deliberately gamed the system to produce statistics that would funnel more federal money for the school. 

Broward County's elaborate, long term scheme to game the system - that got 17 kids killed.

I tweeted and posted the day of the shooting about this policy that Broward adopted from Miami-Dade. People responded without reading it, “oh that had nothing to do with it,” but anyone could see the danger in excusing “minor” behavioral issues to get statistically desirable results. 

Here’s some more info. Please spread this to everyone who will listen. This practice MUST be exposed. It is literally a crime syndicate conspiracy involving school systems and county law enforcement! And these are the people who blame the public and victims by saying “If you see something say something“, like no one said anything!   

Do you remember how immediately after the shooting, Sheriff Israel wrote off any responsibility in his department, saying “our hands were tied”. They weren’t. He disingenuously left out the Baker Act. But he also didn’t want to compromise their “outcomes”.  Or the funding! How much I wonder was backchanneled to the Sheriff’s office so they’d continue to cover up and look away! FOLLOW THE MONEY ....
